About King’s Cove Marina
King’s Cove Marina is a full-service, now managed by F3 Marina Management, MN, located at Mile 812.7 on the Upper Mississippi River. It offers slip rentals, boat repair, boat sales, a boating store, and boat rentals. The marina has been serving customers for 46 years and is minutes away from the St. Croix and Mississippi Rivers. Founded by William H. King in the 1960s, the marina started with 100 slips and has grown to over 480 slips. Bill King originally bought 280 acres of land and obtained permits from the United States Corps of Engineers and the Minnesota Division of Natural Resources to build the marina in a well-protected harbor.
