Whether you’re a permanent berther or stopping in for a visit, the Coyote Point Marina is an ideal getaway destination. Sailors will enjoy our spring and summer season. Afternoon winds typically blow 15–20 knots in the afternoons and taper off towards evening. The Coyote Point Yacht Club hosts weekly sailboat races for all levels of sailing enthusiasts. A number of other South Bay Races are normally scheduled during the sailing season. Power boaters will enjoy the ideal morning conditions of the spring and summer months, with gusty afternoon winds tapering off in the fall and winter. The Marina is a safe and secure location for you and your vessel. It closes to the public after hours and has security posted at the park entrance. Marina gates and restrooms are locked and a security key card is required to access our main Marina parking area. Tenants are welcome to spend weekends aboard, but liveaboards are prohibited. The Marina staff is here to help. When possible we will assist you in boating emergencies and we’re always happy to provide important local knowledge, weather, and safety information. We encourage you to fill out our customer satisfaction surveys and let us know how we can better serve you. Delta Bay Marina is located on the San Joaquin River in the middle of the California Delta, across the levee road from Park Delta Bay. Located on scenic Andrus Island, only minutes from the main channel access to the Sacramento River. This is a fishing paradise with abundant bass, salmon, stripper, and sturgeon. Close to San Francisco, Sacramento, and Stockton, yet worlds away in beauty and recreational activities, this marina is the perfect location for a boating destination getaway. Delta Bay Marina offers affordable slip rates (25-40% lower rate than San Francisco Bay Area marinas, 50-65% lower rate than Southern California marinas), deep water channel averaging 10′ to 20′ draft, and fresh water wet slips for lower cost of maintenance on your hull bottom.

The Delta Marina Yacht Harbor was built in the late 1950’s by the Baumann family of Rio Vista, out of what used to be known as St. Joseph’s Cut along the Sacramento River. The Marina can accommodate up to 250 boats. We have both covered and uncovered slips. Our slips range in size from 20 ft to 40 ft. We have one of the largest guest docks in the Delta, with nearly 800 ft of docking space for overnighters or yacht clubs. We also have an RV Park with 25 sites. Thirteen (13) of those sites are right on the Sacramento River, and others are tucked under mature trees with a view of the marina. Be sure to also check out THE POINT restaurant on the property, with great views, and even better food ... 7 days a week! Welcome to Delta Marina. If you're looking for a covered slip for your powerboat in the Delta, then this is the spot for you. We have covered slips from 20 to 40 ft and can accommodate over 200 boats beneath them. All sheds are set up with 30 amp electric hook ups and water. We offer free use of the pump-out station. Feel free to call our toll free number at 866-774-2315 or send us an email at deltamarina@comcast.net to check availability. Our large Guest Dock is available for individual boats, or yacht clubs. Please note we only make reservations for groups of 10 boats or more. Otherwise we operate the guest dock on a first come, first serve basis. The cost for individual boats is $1.25 per foot per night, with a maximum of 10 nights provided there is room. You are encouraged to call ahead if you want to stay overnight, and check if we have any clubs scheduled. Have a sailboat? We can accommodate you as well. Fleming Meadows Recreation Area offers different camping loops for full hook-up campsites, tent campsites, and walk-in campsites. Featuring a 2-acre swimming lagoon, complete with sand bottom/beach area, large grass lawn area, snack shack, and picnic area. Fleming Meadows also offers a group picnic area, horseshoe pits, ball field, volleyball court, boat launch ramp, fish cleaning station, hot showers (no additional charge), sewage dump station, camp store, and full-service marina. Private Houseboats: The Don Pedro Recreation Agency permits 257 privately owned houseboats to be kept on Don Pedro Lake. There are currently no plans to expand the number of permits, but a permit is transferable to a new owner when an existing permitted houseboat is purchased.

The location of the docks is 4918 N. Harbor Drive, Suite 206. These docks are mainly used for commercial purposes and offer many amenities. You can find restaurants, chandleries, and fish markets at walking distance. Additionally, the docks provide restrooms, water, electricity, showers, and secure parking. The office hours are from Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. There are 125 docks available, with a length of 35 to 75 feet. The rates can be obtained by calling the office.

While relaxing on your boat, for your entertainment pleasure we have an assortment of Beavers, River Otters, Birds and even the occasional Sea Lion! Folsom Lake Marina, which is one of the largest inland marinas in California, is located in Browns Ravine at Folsom Lake State Recreational Area. It is the only Marina on Folsom Lake and is open year round. The whole Browns Ravine area is operated by a concessionaire for the State Park System. The marina offers something for everyone. It has 674 wet slips and 175 dry, which can accommodate boats up to a 26 ft boat.(SlipRental Rates). There is currently a waiting list for all size slips of three to six years, depending on the size of the boat Its snack bar offers a large selection of candy, chips, soft drinks, ice cream as well as heat and eat sandwiches. Beer in not sold in the Park. Located within its snack bar area, the marina also has both a small bait and tackle shop and a marine supply store. It offers most the items required by law to keep both you and your boat safe and legal. A good assortment of ski ropes and a variety of other boating supplies our offered. The bait shop, while small, does have worms, night crawlers, a various assortment of lures and basic fishing supplies. The marina does not sell fishing licenses. The Marinas gas facility is the only gas offered on the lake and is open everyday of the year (Subject to lake levels). The Marina is an authorized Chevron dealer, but sells only 87 octane fuel. Motor and two cycle oil is available. Batteries can be charged at the marina, but no repair services are offered. The Marina is located at the south end of the lake and has an earth filled breakwater protecting it from the main lake. The Snack Bar and Gas dock is located next to the Marina's main launching ramp. The main ramp has four lanes and two courtesy docks to assist boaters in the launching and retrieval of their boats. Our Hobie Cove ramp is a low water ramp that goes into operation when the lake elevation drops to elevation 435'. It also is a four lane paved ramp with two courtey docks. Picnic tables and Bar-B-Qs are located throughout the Browns Ravine area. Fires are only allowed in the designated fire areas. Swimming and sun bathing in the Hobie Cove area of Browns Ravine is a popular sport. It should be noted that there no life guards on duty at Browns Ravine. Though the Browns Ravine is operated by a concessionaire, it is still part of the State Park and all State Park fees apply. State Annual Passes are sold at the marina office, both during the week and on week-ends. The marina office will accept Credit Cards.

Alameda is a prime marina location. Fortman Marina is a 497 berth Marina located at 1535 Clement Avenue in the City of Alameda, County of Alameda, California. The harbor is situated along the Oakland estuary, opposite of Coast Guard Island in Alameda, which is considered one of the prime marina locations in the Bay Area. The total site area is approximately 15.5 acres. Fortman Marina offers the modern day boater a premier facility complete with 31 covered berths. Berth sizes range from 15' to 60'. In addition, each berth is furnished with a dock box, electrical power, phone service, and fresh water. Access to the individual docks is through several locked gates with key entrance systems. Parking for the Marina is provided by approximately 277 spaces primarily located along the western fence line of the property. A small "mini-park" exists at the southern end of the property landscaped with small trees and grass, wooden benches, and asphalt walkways. Welcome Hidden Harbor Marina is a private boating facility in the Sacramento River Delta located at the confluence of Cache and Steamboat Sloughs, located two miles north of Rio Vista. Wireless Internet included! During Covid, the guest dock area was repurposed to permanent slips. Hidden Harbor no longer has guest berthing and no longer accepts transient boats. Hidden Harbor Marina’s philosophy is: “don’t race, enjoy life at a slower pace.” Boaters at Hidden Harbor relax in a natural setting in our two off stream harbors. Hidden Harbor Marina is predominately sailboats, but we do offer berthing for powerboats, trawlers, and tugs. Please see our vessel requirements at “Marina Information.” We have no covered slips, as we believe that covered slips would ruin the aesthetics of Hidden Harbor’s natural Delta setting. Harbor Depths: The “east harbor” has a 6 foot depth throughout at a 0.0 low tide. The “west harbor” varies from 7 feet to 5 feet at a 0.0 low tide. Hidden Harbor Marina and the surrounding waters have never had a water hyacinth infestation as seen in the south Delta. The reason? Constant fresh/cold water flows from upstream into Steamboat Slough and Cache Slough. Our harbors are debris free during the winter high water flows. Swinging boom gates allow us to close the harbor entrances, keeping logs and debris out. Rio Vista: Rio Vista is located just 2 miles from Hidden Harbor, via the Real McCoy II Ferry, which is operated by Cal Trans and operates 24 hours a day. The marina is physically close to Catalina and there are many places to visit and eat. In the midst of the harbor it can be an exciting place to be for the Christmas Boat Parade and other events. PLEASE BE ADVISED: We have unofficial news from the park regarding the public boat launch closure for Lopez Lake Campground… it is currently “AT YOUR OWN RISK” use and the full closure is anticipated in mid to late August. Please keep in mind, our Boat Rentals are NOT STOPPING, we will remain open with normal boat & kayak rental schedule. Our boats stay in the water all year long and move with the shoreline. If you have a boat rental reservation, we are not canceling due to the public boat launch ramp closure. Annual boat rental slips will not be able keep their boats on our docks and will need to remove their personal boats. We only have enough dock space for our rentals to be moved & placed. FYI – there is enough water in the lake to be safe, just the “fingerlings” (or arm) extensions of the lake are having receding issues. The water is tested by the county weekly and plenty of water to take a boat ride, kayak and fishing. Lopez Lake is a man-made water reservoir for the Five Cities area. Conserving water is always the best action, even when the lake is full. So, from what I found… currently the lake has 16,586 AF of water…. What does 1 AF (acre-foot) of water mean? In the water world, water is commonly measured in acre-feet. … One acre-foot equals about 326,000 gallons, or enough water to cover an acre of land, about the size of a football field, one foot deep. And, the elevation of the lake shows 472 ft (I’m assuming deepest near the reservoir outlet, not sure on this one??). Attached is a pix of Lopez Lake water website measurement https://wr.slocountywater.org Why is the launch ramp being closed if we have water??? well I’m not exactly sure but I’m assuming the Public Boat Launch ramp was not built down far enough with cement for a low lake level, and can not sustain the weight of a boat trailer and/or vehicle in the mud/sand bottom.

Morro Bay State Park is located 13 miles west of San Luis Obispo, on the Central Coast. The park features lagoon and natural bay habitats. On the lagoon's northeastern and eastern edges, there are saltwater and brackish marshes that support thriving bird populations. Two of the Nine Sisters chain of volcanic peaks leading from San Luis Obispo to Morro Bay, Black Hill & Cerro Cabrillo, are within park boundaries. Black Hill has a trail winding through dense stands of Monterey Pine trees and offers a panoramic view of the greater Morro Bay area at its summit. Cerro Cabrillo has even more trails to explore all along its base. Morro Bay Yacht Club - 541 Embarcadero - Moorings 805-772-3981 The Morro Bay Yacht Club is a private, non-profit organization devoted to boating activities, along with the protection and enjoyment of our picturesque bay and coastline. Morro Bay is an all-weather harbor located halfway between San Francisco and Los Angeles. Latitude is 35 deg. 21.71’ N and Longitude is 120 deg. 51.27’ W. Morro Bay Yacht Club offers berthing and services for transient yachts. (We cannot accommodate commercial vessels, however we accept all pleasure vessels comming to us by way of an ocean voyage.) We have six mooring balls and a 150-foot dock for visiting yachts. The dock can accommodate boats up to 75’. No reservations – first come, first served. The length of stay is unlimited. The Yacht Club is located in front of channel marker 14. Vessels at the dock should use two spring lines. The southernmost yellow striped section is not available. The use of the dock is consent to raft which is limited to two vessels without Port Captain approval. Member vessels have priority use of the red-striped section at the south end of the dock. On weekends, the dock may become temporarily unavailable due to use by club racing vessels. During club activities, the dock is closed to non participating boats. You may take a mooring for that time or tie up at the Tidelands Park public dock in front of channel marker 17 for the day. Visiting yachts may not be left unattended on the dock overnight. Vessels at the mooring must use double lines. An anchor bend (through the eye twice) is recommended.

Located on San Diego Bay, at the mouth of Sweetwater Channel, our location is 6 miles south of downtown San Diego. There is total deep water access to the marina from Sweetwater Channel. By boat, enter at Sweetwater Channel at green buoy #39. By car, take bay Marina Drive exit in National City and head west, turn left onto Marina Way at the first stoplight.

Pillar Point Harbor does not have guest docks. If there are any open slips in the harbor, the Harbormaster's office/staff will fill them with visiting boaters. We do not take reservations. First come first served basis. You can reach the Pillar Point Harbourmaster's office when you get within the outer entrance buoys on the phone 650-726-4382 or on VHF channel 16 or our working channel 74. Pillar Point Harbor does have great anchorage in the outer harbor on the west side. There is no water taxi service. There are also mooring balls available on a first come, first served basis. They are laid out in a grid pattern in front of the yacht club and the centre inner break wall. Again, no water taxi service. Slip availability has been problematic with salmon season and squid seasons. Pillar Point Harbor has been running at 100%+ occupancy, with a 2-3 year wait list for slips. Fourth of July week and other holiday weekends can be very busy, so be prepared to anchor out and bring a skiff.

More than 400 liveaboard boaters call these marinas home. As with marinas nationwide, marina waters at the Port may be affected by particular boating activities that can be easily avoided, such as: *Improper hull cleaning and painting procedures can release metals into the water. *Oil changes and bilge water releases that may release polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), a group of more than 100 different chemicals that are released into the water from burning coal, oil, gasoline, trash, tobacco, wood, or other organic substances such as charbroiled meat. *Illegal holding tank dumping can release bacteria into the water. *Illegal and inadvertent disposal of solid waste from marina docks and boat decks, resulting in trash entering the water. There are two public landings at the Port of Los Angeles: one located at Berth 84, south of the Los Angeles Maritime Museum in San Pedro, and one at Berth 186, the Wilmington Waterfront Promenade, near Banning’s Landing Community Center. Vessels, including boats, kayaks, and paddleboards may launch from either location, but may not be left unattended. No fishing is allowed at either location. Public Boat Dock The Old Sacramento Waterfront Public Docks are owned and operated by the City of Sacramento and provide a place for the boating public to stop for a meal or a visit to Sacramento’s historic waterfront. Conveniently located on the Old Sacramento Waterfront, the Public Docks provides easy access for temporary boaters as well as overnight boating guests. The Old Sacramento Waterfront Public Docks offer nearly 1,000 of side-tie dock space. The riverside of the dock provides 489 of useable dock space and can accommodate any length vessel. The landside of the dock generally has at least 8’ of draft and can accommodate vessels up to 35’ in length that are no taller than 10’ from the waterline since boats entering must pass under a walkway to get on the inside. The usable footage on the inside is approximately 400’. The docks have power pedestals that provide potable water along with 30 and 50 amp twist lock power plugs. Security cameras are placed to record dock activity year-round.

Welcome to San Francisco Marina Small Craft Harbor. The San Francisco Marina, as it is also known, is a destination sought by thousands of boaters from all over the world. The oldest recreational marina operating in San Francisco, and perhaps the Greater Bay Area, the harbor has had vessels berthed in its original basin, now known as the West Harbor, since before the 1906 earthquake. The original marina was expanded in the mid-1960s and is now approximately 35 acres. The entire facility has 727 berths, including 15 end ties for guest berthing vessels up to 90 feet LOA, free pump out stations and a commercial fuel dock. San Francisco Marina also features a large and popular park, Marina Green, which is home to many events, including Escape From Alcatraz and Fleet Week. Marina Green also has several “par course” workout stations along its perimeter.

The San Leandro Marina is part of the San Leandro Shoreline Recreation Area with 465 berths, a boat launch ramp and two yacht clubs. The Sugar Barge had two decks, with a bar on the lower level and dining above. Perhaps the most memorable feature was the bilge pump. When the unreliable old pump failed, the vessel would start to take on water. The customers were promptly asked to move upstairs for a few complimentary drinks. Thank goodness she was in relatively shallow water. Sugar Barge offers the area's finest RV Park, Campground, and Marina. RV Park office is open from 8 to 5 daily.

Completely rebuilt in 1994 the Suisun City Marina provides 160 rental berthing slips along with a 300 ft guest dock and boat launch ramps at the south end of the marina. The Suisun Channel is also dredged providing deep-water access for most recreational boats. The Channel itself provides direct access to the waterways of the California Delta and San Francisco Bay. The slough winds through the Suisun Marsh, which is one of the largest contiguous wetland preserves in the nation. The 84,000-acre marsh, the largest remaining coastal wetland in California, lures nature-lovers, fishermen, hunters, and all categories of boaters. The Suisun Channel and Marsh boasts outstanding sturgeon and striped bass fishing; excellent sightseeing and bird-watching, and fabulous waters for pleasure boating, cruising, water skiing, jet skiing, kayaking or any other water related activity.
