The Casuarina Boat Harbour is located in a retail and tourist precinct between the central business district and the Outer Harbour and Koombana Bay, about 175 kilometres south of Perth. Access by sea is via the Outer Harbour, with clear passage between the land-backed wharf to the West. Swimming is a popular activity at the adjacent beach in the Casuarina Boat Harbour which offers calm waters, grassed and shaded areas with public barbeques and toilets. Other aquatic activities in the local area include dolphin and whale watching, and the Lena dive wreck. Boating facilities comprises a service jetty, two public boat ramps, 48 recreational and five commercial boat pens, swing moorings and a slipway, with ample parking for casual use vehicles and boat trailers. A current third party/public liability insurance of $10 million is required for all vessels using the harbour permanently or on a casual basis and is a pre-requisite for any pen/mooring occupancy. An Electrical Compliance Certificate [Regulation 49 Electricity (Licensing) Regulations 1991] with respect to each vessel must be provided by a competent licensed electrical contractor to effect the initial pen issue or next renewal of pen use licence. Swing moorings 58 mooring sites are leased long term and one casual lease mooring is available for short term visitors, provided the vessel meets the draught and size requirements. Mooring site lessees are provided with a secured dinghy compound on the western side of the harbour. The Emu Point Boat Harbour is located 9 kilometres from the centre of Albany in Oyster Harbour and 418 kilometres southeast of Perth, in the Great Southern region. Fishing is one of the main local industries, and the Port of Albany is a major commercial operation. There are numerous beaches, with powerful and sometimes dangerous waves. There are also a number of dive wrecks to explore, including the HMAS Perth. The boat harbour has 50 commercial and recreational boat pens, four jetties, a three-lane boat ramp, and fish cleaning facilities. There are also 60 recreational pens operated by the City of Albany. The Bandy Creek Boat Harbour is located approximately 10 kilometres to the east of Esperance. Esperance is a large coastal town located 720 kilometres east-southeast of Perth. There are hundreds of islands and reefs to explore. Common water activities include fishing, diving, surfing, sailing, kite surfing, boating and watching marine birds and seals. Charter boats are available for eco tours, fishing and diving tours. The boat harbour comprises a commercial area on the east side with 28 boat pens, a jetty and a landbacked wharf. Also provided are fuelling and maintenance facilities, a service wharf and public toilets. The west side, commonly known as the recreational side, has 20 Mediterranean type boat pens and a walkway. Adjacent to the recreational side boat pens is a two lane boat ramp, Summys Park and public toilets. Within Summys Park is a public use barbeque and a fish cleaning table facility. The Esperance Deep Sea Angling Club is also worth visiting. Although easily accessible by water, the two sides of the harbour are several kilometres from each other by road. Vessels with a draft greater than 3 metres should contact DoT’s Esperance office to assist with advice on current depth. Dredging takes place approximately every two years. The average depth of water in the area of the commercial pens on the east is nominally 3.5 metres. The average depth of water at the recreational pens on the west of the boat harbour is nominally 2.0 metres, although this increases to 4.2 metres at the outer pens. Barrack Street Jetty is located on the edge of Perth Water on the Swan River in Perth, Western Australia. Boat Moorings The Elizabeth Quay inlet is home to twenty-four short stay boat moorings for public use. Recreational boaties can cruise into Elizabeth Quay and park in one of the 24 short stay boat moorings, which are available for public use. To enter the inlet, recreational boats must be able to pass under the pedestrian and cyclist bridge. The bridge provides a clearance of 4.5m off the water which will allow most 12m and 10m boats with a flybridge into the inlet at all stages of the tide. The moorings will initially be available to the public for stays of three hours or less. Visitors should be aware that the availability of the short stay berths may be affected by water based events. Ten new swing moorings have been installed just outside the inlet opening to accommodate larger vessels. Batavia Coast Marina (BCM) in Geraldton, Midwest WA is one of 50 Department of Transport (DoT) coastal facilities spanning Western Australia from Wyndham to Esperance. Since construction of BCM was completed in 1995, there have been significant operability issues in the form of excessive motion of moored vessels, mooring line breakages, and damage to pens at the facility.

A very friendly atmosphere with brilliant outlook over the fascine good meals, good prices, cold beers and great service. One of the best places for a beer in Carnarvon.

Challenger is located in the Perth metropolitan region, and is the largest small boat harbour in Western Australia. Adjacent to the Fishing Boat Harbour, it was originally built to cater for racing yachts participating in the Americas Cup but it has since been modified for recreational boats. The boat harbour comprises 64 public boat pens, 3 jetties and a boardwalk that connects them all. Nearby Quest Harbour Village offers services apartments, some with views across The Fishing Boat Harbour and others directly fronting the marina. Local attractions include nearby Penguin and Rottnest Islands.

Located 49 kilometres south of Ravensthorpe is Hopetoun, a quiet waterfront holiday town on the southern coast of Western Australia located on the shores of Mary Ann Haven. The town is situated 585 kilometres south east of Perth, 258 kilometres east of Albany and 239 kilometres west of Esperance. Popular water activities in the surrounding area include boating, windsurfing, fishing and swimming. Hopetoun has a population of approximately 300 people, with magnificent coastal scenery and unspoilt beaches. The town was originally settled by whalers and sealers, who hunted in the Southern Ocean and later thrived with the local discovery of gold and copper. Recent nickel mining located between Hopetoun & Ravensthorpe has also attracted many more people to Hopetoun. The Hopetoun Maritime Facility is centrally located in the town centre. Leeman is a coastal town situated 295 kilometres from Perth, on the Batavia Coast in the Mid West region. Commercial fishing, including lobster fishing, is a major industry in the town. Coastal attractions include swimming, surfing, wind surfing and fishing. The blue waters and many islands also make it a great diving destination. The maritime facility consists of one timber service jetty, fuelling facilities and boat ramps, as well as public toilets and car park. Onslow is a coastal town 1,386 kilometres north of Perth, in the Pilbara Region. It is known for excellent fishing. The maritime facility is approximately 550 metres south of the entrance to Beadon Creek. The main users of the facility at Onslow include the resources sector, fishing and charter vessels. Fishing operations are carried out all year round. With the extensive growth of oil and gas projects in the region, the facility has become a supply base for offshore operations. The facility comprises of ten berths on mooring piles, a service jetty, dual public boat ramp, vessel diesel fuelling facilities, as well as a fish cleaning table and public car park. Latitude: -21.646 S Longitude: 115.131 E Boating facilities Mooring piles There are 21 mooring piles forming eight vessel pens toward the south of the facility in Beadon Creek. The mooring piles are in an area known locally as "The Sticks". Two additional sites outside of the sticks can also be utilised for berthage in approved circumstances. In the western creek arm a further six piles form two vessel pens for larger barges during the cyclone season.

Beautiful part of the world. Beautiful walking paths. The local pod of dolphins always put on a great show. This is a great place to eat dine wine go for a walk relax launch your boat and watch the sun rise. The Coast Cafe at the marina is a good place for brekkie.

Nice spot to stroll after work and the weekend. The mains has a fuelling station for boats, and also a 2 story "Dome" to grab a coffee or a bite. Good to sit up stairs and look over the marina. Very clean and tidy.

Port Geographe is approximately 100 nautical miles south of Fremantle. We are a 157 berth marina with pens ranging from 8m to 30 metre's. Port Gregory is located 47 kilometres northwest of Northampton and 520 kilometres north of Perth, in the Mid West region. The town has a population of approximately 80 people. It supports a small commercial fishing fleet and also has a small tourist industry. Fishing and diving are popular activities. Port Gregory is situated in open water but protected by 5 kilometres of exposed coral reef, which provides relatively safe anchorage for both recreational and commercial vessels. The reef is long and almost continuous, and about 1 metre high. The Port Gregory Maritime Facility consists of one wooden service jetty and toilets/showers. Important notice There has been significant siltation in the vicinity of Port Gregory Maritime Facility that has substantially reduced the navigable water depths which has resulted in restricted access and/or is inaccessible to vessels. A Temporary Notice to Mariners regarding the reduced depth has been in effect since 16 July 2012. The Department of Transport (DoT) is monitoring the shoreline progression, which has occurred over a number of years as a result of natural coastal processes. It is designed to accommodate smaller craft up to 50 tonnes and can take single unit trucks. Modern marina located in Two Rocks has good boat facilities and ramps with plently of car parking facilites. Two Rocks has long been considered the home of commercial Cray fishing. Now, Two Rocks Marina offers further options by coupling facilities for large fleets as well as for recreational boating. We offer berthing, slipping, servicing, storage and commercial leasing. All guests who moor there will have access to very basic services, such as water, electricity and gas station. Its users may take advantage of its complete basic range of services. It is an ideal marina for large size boats and has mooring for boats with a maximum length of 20.00 m and a maximum draught of 5.00 m. The marina also has nautical services available. The personnel at the port will help you to moor your boat. For those who are concerned about the environment, the marina includes all of the services that are needed for eco-friendly sailing. This is reflected in the various official certificates it has earned.In line with the growing number of individuals who use light boats that can be taken from one place to another by trailer, this marina has the necessary services to allow its customers to lower their boats into the water. Also, upon return, you may park your boat temporarily on site at the marina. This marina has a complementary selection of nautical activities, so you can practice a number of different sea-related sports. In addition to being accessible by sea, you can also reach the marina by air, since it is no more than 100 km away from the nearest airport.
