Wexfrod is a private marina and is only open to vessels who have set up reciprocal rights with other Yacht Clubs. Gain direct access to Broad Creek and the Intracoastal Waterway with easy access to ports from Maine to the Caribbean with the benefit of a private secure entrance to our community via the inland harbour and lock system. Enjoy the southern charm of our distinctive boating lifestyle - no crowds, no commercial activity, easy cruising on deep canals right to your backdoor. The Harbour is the signature backdrop to our lowcountry living here at Wexford. As one of only three lock systems on the East Coast, Wexford Harbour minimizes tidal fluctuation and maintains a nearly constant water depth of eight feet. Our Harbour can accommodate vessels up to 70 feet in length, with beams up to nineteen feet wide. Our Harbour contains 280 boat slips, 138 of which are located behind privately owned homes and the remainder behind the Clubhouse for the exclusive use of Wexford property owners. Harbour Services Wexford Harbour Services is here to ensure all residents can enjoy the water. Charter a tour of the Harbour with one of our captains aboard the Wexplorer pontoon boat or grab a kayak or paddleboard from the Harbour Center and venture out on your own. Wexford Yacht Club Inclusive to all residents, the Wexford Yacht Club is an active and welcoming group who plan and host social events, educational seminars, and excursions. Wexford also enjoys reciprocity benefits at other Yacht Clubs of America.
