A secure safe harbor on the mile wide Delaware River, in the shadow of the soaring Ben Franklin Bridge and just steps from historic Old City Philadelphia, Pier 3 Marina maintains 60 slips available on a daily, weekly, monthly, seasonal or annual basis for boats up to 35ft LOA. 20’ minimum and 35’ maximum for all incoming boats. Docks: All floating docks with finger piers alongside each slip. Water: Fresh water connection and usage is included with the price of a slip. Electric: Each slip is powered for 30 amp service. Electric usage is metered and billed monthly. Cable: Service is arranged directly by slip-holders with the cable provider. Facilities: We offer clean private rest rooms and private showers. Available 24 hours a day. Laundry: Coin-operated laundry is available onsite 24 hours a day. Secure & Private: Gated marina, key code access and video surveillance. Community Space: Patio seating, picnic table and grill. Parking: Marina tenants have access to discounted, group-rate parking spaces at Penn’s Landing.
