Marina Knecht's Beach offers public dockage with direct lake access for up to 30' boats. 2024 Rates: $550-$1000 Berth Capacity: The facility offers over 60 boat slips, catering to both seasonal and transient boaters. Access: Boaters enjoy direct access to Lake Erie, making it a convenient spot for fishing, cruising, and other water activities. Residential Options: The association encompasses an all-ages manufactured home community with 89 home sites. Lot rents range from $300 to $1,000 per month, including services like trash pickup, water, and sewer Recreational Facilities: Residents and guests have access to a sandy beach, wooded lots, a basketball court, playground, and on-site propane services.
