He'eia Kea Harbor is situated on the windward side of Oahu in Kaneohe Bay, which is the largest protected body of water in the Hawaiian Islands. The harbor is located on the southwestern shore of Kane`ohe Bay and has 21 berths, 54 moorings, 3 ramps, and an MSD pumpout. Other facilities include vessel washdown, restrooms, showers, fish hoist, harbor office, and canoe club. The harbor also offers fuel, food, and ice, which can be purchased from the He'eia Kea Pier General Store & Deli.
