Marina sailing club Neptunus Delfzijl The marina Neptunus is accessible via the harbor canal. When you come out of the sea lock of Run-up to the marina of KZRV NeptunusDelfzijl via the Eemskanaal , you go to port after the braking works. After the lock, which you can reach on VHF 26, change to Kanaal 3 of Radar Delfzijl.
