Odden Marina Boat Harbor Odden Marina is located by the Old Slemmestad Center, in the harbor basin where Norcem has its operations in Slemmestad. The plant is relatively expensive as it is exposed to the northeast (Oslo) and larger breakwater constructions were needed to create a safe harbor. The facility is financed through a cooperative and is operated by the boating association. The local business community has contributed to the establishment of information signs and trolleys in the harbor.
