Clear entry on Channel 12. A working port and fishing harbour but a friendly spot with a marina. Harbour is a useful stopover and accessible at all states of tide with no lock. In a strong Easterly it is accessible unlike both Eastbourne and Brighton. Reasonable and clean facilities despite their ageing appearance. Nice beaches for dog walking. Town centre a bit light but local Sainsburys superst
