Fishing Wind Forecast Success

How PredictWind helped Antony catch a bin full of fish:

Just wanted to let you know that I used PredictWind over the weekend to pinpoint a short window of opportunity to go fishing out of Tauranga (New Zealand), when the website predicted the 30 knot winds (that had been blowing for more than a week!) to drop out for a few hours Saturday morning before building up to be over 20 knots again by lunchtime.

Using PredictWind I was able to pinpoint the opportunity 5 days out and organised a few sceptical (especially since it was still blowing 30 knots on Friday night) mates to head out 6am Saturday and we had a fantastic morning. The no-wind window was exactly as predicted and we were back in the harbour at 11.30am with a bin full of fish and the whitecaps just starting up again.

I have since been singing the praises of your service all over the place and will be using it again to plan my fishing this coming weekend!
