You can now get mobile alerts for all extreme weather forecast by the Global Maritime Distress and Safety System (GMDSS). Keep safe on the water by heading over to Forecast Alerts and turning on Extreme Weather Alerts for any of your saved locations.

What are GMDSS forecasts?

GMDSS forecasts are written text forecasts prepared by meteorologists within each region. We then collect every forecast worldwide and plot each weather system and warning region accurately on the map, giving you a world-first, global overview of the GMDSS forecast.
